Last weekend Pacific Raceways hosted the 36th Annual Pacific Northwest Historics Vintage Races. Cars and teams came from around the Northwest, Canada and across the country for this three-day event. Among them were four cars from Maple Valley. Waiting for their respective Group races were Mark LaCombe with his 1985 Porsche 944 (Upper Left) and Jeff Kerney and his 1968 Lynx FV (Lower Left). During the second races for Groups 1 and 3 were the two cars of Greg Heacock. One car was his 1959 Cooper Monaco (Upper Right) and in the Small Bore of Group 3 was his 1967 Costin Nathan GT (Lower Right). Would not be a Vintage event without some cars from the past on display (Center Right). This annual three-day event raises support benefiting Seattle’s Children Hospital.
