Cedar Grange wants to thank the new and the old, as well as the young and the old, who came to support our March Coffee and Doughnuts gathering. We were inspired to continue for another month! (We especially appreciate Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church for mentioning us in its announcements – and glad your service time allows attending – as well as the continued support of the Voice.)
We also got some good feedback. You know that thing your brain does (often while writing) where, since you know what you mean, what you say seems crystal clear and obvious to you? And then it turns out, to others it’s as clear as mud? Well, we want to apologize if we weren’t clear that this event is sponsored by the Grange, but OPEN TO ALL. We’d love if you wanted to join, but membership is not necessary to attend.
We’re also sorry if you had trouble getting into the building. If you park on the lower level, follow the cement walkway to the door just opposite the Maple Valley Highway. If you prefer to bypass the stairs, park up on the upper level, in the old Maple Valley Market/Serv-U parking lot and then cross over to the main entrance on the elevated walkway.
There! Easy as doughnuts, er…pie! Hope to see you Sunday, April 16th, between 9 and noon. $5 for coffee/tea/hot chocolate and a doughnut and/or piece of fruit; $2 per additional item.
