On 2/7/2022, Officers were dispatched to a possible DUI in the Ten Trails development. Officers contacted the reporting party by phone and learned the suspected DUI driver had been seen swerving on Auburn Black Diamond RD SE. Officers located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. Officers determined the driver was not impaired and cleared the scene.

On 02/07/2022, officers responded to the 31100 block of 3rd AVE regarding a subject that was seen attempting to gain entry to a portion of the property. Upon arrival, officers found no sign of forced entry and no subject in the area. Officers cleared the call without incident.

On 02/07/2022, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the 34600 block of Enumclaw Black Diamond RD. Upon investigation, it was determined that the driver had multiple warrants from other agencies and he was detained. It was later determined that due to medical conditions he would not be eligible to be booked into jail. He was released at the scene.

On 2/12/2022, officers responded to the 22400 block of SE 296 ST for a report of a subject stealing vehicle keys then attempting to run over the victim. Officers have been unable to identify the suspect and the case is inactive.

On 02/12/2022, officers responded to the 30400 block of 3rd AVE in reference to a possible burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined by officers and the reporting party that the individual seen on the premises was an employee. Officers cleared the call without incident.
