Logan Ray Schmelebeck
On Saturday, December 09, 2017 our loving son, Logan Ray Schmelebeck lost his life and battle to Opioids; after leading a life of recovery for the past few years.
Logan was born October 30, 1991 at Valley Medical Center Renton, WA to Lonnie Ray and Michelle Lynn Schmelebeck. Logan was a native of Maple Valley and attended Shadow Lake, Cedar River, Lake Wilderness Elementary; Tahoma Jr. and Sr. High Schools.
Logan enjoyed playing many years of sports throughout his school years and beyond.
Baseball was a true passion and pitching was his forte. His coaches/teachers often commented on his great smile; which was infectious and as big as his heart.
During Logan’s short working career he held various construction jobs locally, and for a short time in California and Arizona. He presently was helping his brother achieve success in his startup company.
Logan enjoyed the great outdoors and all it had to offer. Fishing, hiking, hunting and hanging out with friends and family brought him extreme joy.
Logan Ray Schmelebeck is survived by his parents, Lonnie Ray and Michelle Lynn Schmelebeck, of Maple Valley; Brother, Zachary James Schmelebeck, of Maple Valley; Grandfather, Ervin James Schmelebeck, of Maple Valley.
Many Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends will miss Logan Ray’s heartwarming smile, generosity, and kindness, bringing laughter and happiness to those he touched.
A Celebration of Logan Ray’s Life will be held February 10, 2018, 12:00 – 5:00 at his family’s home in Maple Valley.
