Hobart Postmaster Denise Lovejoy wants to be certain her customers know that she provides full postal service at her location inside the Hobart Food Market located at 20250 276th Ave SE.
The Hobart Post Office is open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but closed daily from 1-2 p.m. for lunch. The office is also open on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon.
‘There’s been a Post Office in Hobart since 1903, more than 100 years ago,” Lovejoy noted. “But, sometimes I think we are the best kept secret around. We provide all the services of any other Post Office from selling stamps to mailing parcels to providing special services such as Registered Mail, Certified Mail and Insurance. You can also send international mail from here. We have a friendly staff and most of the time the service line is short,” Lovejoy added.
