Enjoy a concert of holiday favorites by the Dickens Carolers, an a capella quartet that performs in full Victorian costume.

Family program, all ages welcome with adult.

Sing and dance along with one of the most popular children’s performers in the Northwest. This family concert features favorites from their new holiday album.

 

Holiday Concert with Ostgard & Allen

Friday, December 9, 2pm

Family program, all ages welcome with adult.

Enjoy local musicians Ostgard & Allen – a northwest woodwind/guitar duo that plays an eclectic mix of musical styles. This holiday performance will include traditional Christmas songs played with a fresh, unique approach.

Young Readers Book Bunch

A Pig, A Fox and a Box by Jonathan Fenske

Saturday, December 17, 10am

Grades 1 to 3, adult companion welcome.

Read together, talk about books and play games while we munch a mid-morning snack. Program lasts one hour.

 

Winter Origami Creations

Thursday, December 29, 3pm

Presented by Emily Mallory of Emily’s Papercrafts.

Grades 3-6.

Combine beautiful origami paper with beads to create a peace dove and a two-colored star. All supplies provided.

Registration recommended beginning December 15.

Grades 5-12.

Hang out with other artists and unleash your creativity through guided and not-so-guided activities.

Drop in the 3rd Friday of every month for a new project.

Practice speaking English with other English language learners. Learn about American culture and meet people from around the world.

 

Citizenship Classes

Saturday, December 3, 10 and 17, 10am

Learn how to become a United States Citizen. Study for the naturalization test, including civics and government questions, reading and writing English, and practicing your interview skills.

ESL Winter Registration

Wednesday, December 14, 5pm

Learn English grammar, reading, writing and conversation skills with an experienced instructor. Classes are free.

To register for ESL classes:

  • Please arrive on time.
  • Registration will be first come, first served.
  • Space is limited.
  • Allow 3 hours to complete registration.
  • Bring picture ID
  • Please, no children.

Classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays, 6 -8:30pm.
