The Metropolitan King County Council will consider the appointment of Adrian Medved, a resident of the unincorporated community of Hobart, to the King County Women’s Advisory Board. Council Vice Chair Reagan Dunn, who represents Hobart on the Council, nominated Medved for the appointment.
“I am happy to nominate Adrian to the Women’s Advisory Board,” said Dunn. “Her career and volunteer experience, local roots, and knowledge of rural communities in King County will bring a fresh perspective to the board.”

“I am excited to be a part of the King County Women’s Advisory Board and look forward to bringing my background, personal experiences, and career experience to the table,” Medved said. “Thank you to Councilmember Dunn for the nomination.”
As a volunteer Medved’s has participated in a range of community causes. Her background includes 10 years as a 4-H horse leader, serving local and statewide elections by assisting at voting locations, and volunteering with Issaquah’s Juvenile Court Diversion program. Medved’s pastimes include horseback riding and hiking. She serves as an active member of the Back Country Horsemen of Washington, Tahoma Chapter.
